-- 3,400 home health patients treated in their homes by Sutter Infusion & Pharmacy Services
-- 91% of employees participated in the annual Experience of Work employee satisfaction survey, with a 5% increase in overall employee satisfaction.
-- 91% of physicians responding to an annual survey of physician satisfaction said they would recommend Sutter VNA & Hospice to patients and other physicians.
-- Advanced Illness Management (AIM) program expanded to provide patients, families and physicians with an effective home-based alternative for those with advanced chronic illness, but not yet ready for hospice
-- 90,000 hours of service donated by more than 900 volunteers.
-- Provided $1 million for undercompensated state programs -- to cover the unpaid costs of home health and hospice services for Medi-Cal patients.
-- Provided $1.3 in community benefit, the value of programs provided to our communites at no charge.
-- Achieved $1,209,594 in gross sales at three thrift stores in Sonoma County. Hundreds of volunteers work alongside a small staff at these stores to turn donated goods into money to support the hospice mission.
-- Raised $1.8 million through individual donations, planned gifts, grants, corporate gifts, and special events, by the Sutter VNA & Hospice Foundation, to support Sutter VNA & Hospice.
