Schedule a Clinic for Your Workplace or Group

It’s never too early to think about scheduling a clinic for your workplace or community group for Fall.

Available year-round. With proof of Medicare Part B, we will bill Medicare for the cost of the pneumonia vaccination. Otherwise $45.

Wellness Clinics

|
Sutter VNA & Hospice also offers convenient, low-cost health screening clinics. We will bring these programs to your company site, health fair, or public location as a benefit to your employees, customers, or the general public. - Cholesterol Screening: Measures your current blood cholesterol, including HDL and Lipids with results available immediately.
Blood Pressure Screening: Measures your current blood pressure with educational materials available.- Pneumonia Vaccine: Delivers protection against most virulent strains for pneumonia. Guidelines for people 65 years or older are: one shot; guidelines for those younger are: one shot, and a booster after age 65.
- Hepatitis A Series: Indicated for those traveling to high-risk areas, food handlers, and people with chronic liver disease. Initial injection is followed by a booster after six months.
- Hepatitis B Series: A series of three injections over a period of six months.
- Tuberculosis Skin Testing: A simple skin test to detect exposure to TB.
- Glucose (Blood Sugar) Screening: A simple finger blood test determines current blood sugar levels, with results available immediately.
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap). Recommended to replace Td. Required every 10 years.
